Babel (www.icorn.org) the electronic
literary journal for the International Cities
of Refuge, is accepting submission for
the Summer and Autumn issues. We are looking for essays, creative non-fiction, fiction and poetry on the themes
of identity and/or cross-cultural experiences. We also publish poetry and prose
in bilingual formats on any theme. 

For the Summer issue we are also asking poets to respond to Wilfred Owen’s
poem Anthem for a Doomed Youth for the Dialogue section of the zine.
