We're a small print journal based out of Pittsburgh, aiming to reach and show off talented writers and artists. We look for poetry, short stories, and creative nonfiction pieces that span across the spectrum of literature.
Debris Magazine is a brand new online literary/art magazine that needs quality submissions. There is no theme, any style of writing is welcome. The editor is particularly interested in writing that is "full of imagination." Send them your best stuff!
Sometimes a poem in the hand is worth a dozen on the screen. There is something about holding paper while you read that can't be replaced by a monitor's glow. Nobius Black, the publisher of Calliope Nerve, believes this, and so he publishes a concise, one-page literary journal when he finds suitable material to fill both sides.
