Barry Graham’s latest book, The National Virginity Pledge is a masterfully collection of 21 short works of fiction that borders at times, without intention, on being some damn good poetry.  Besides a writer and publisher, Graham is a teacher and poker  player and carries in his hip pocket a flask of keen observation that he displays throughout  in this collection of stories.
