notyourbitch1Scot:  If you could take something back, what would it be?

MK:  I followed the rules once when I shouldn’t have. I’ve been breaking rules
ever since. Thanks for asking the question, it’s a good reminder…Ok, now off to break some more.

Scot:  Describe your perfect day?

MK:  There are too many perfect types of days, but most of them involve reading and writing, in some form, often in bed, and not alone.

Scot:  Have you ever made popcorn on the stove?

MK:  Does Jiffy Popcorn count?

Scot:  What music puts you in a good mood?

MK:  At his very moment Ike Quebec is putting me in a good mood, and then
some. A while back I saw Elvin Jones (right before he died actually) and when he and his group really got down to it they held the room on the edge until steam was coming off of our collective skin. When the lights came on everyone looked guilty, in that good way, like we’d all just engaged in the biggest orgy; that kind of music puts me in a very good mood.

Scot:  As a child what was your favorite television show?

MK:  Star Trek of course. I had a mad crush on Spock. Logic rules.

Scot:  Fast or slow dance?

MK:  Yes, please.

Scot:  New projects?

MK:  I’m hoping to work with Bill Shute and Kendra Steiner Editions sometime soon. And I’ve got a project that I’m working on this summer that’s pretty different from anything else that I’ve done before…

Scot:  What makes you shake your head in disgust?

MK:  Hmm….I must admit to having a special spot for the lily livered & small minded personality combo.
